Debucovina.ro offers the following delivery methods:
The ordered product is delivered by means of express courier services provided by the packeta company. The parcel will be delivered within 5-7 working days after delivery to the courier.
Through the packeta app you will be notified every time the status of your parcel is updated, as soon as it is delivered to the courier.
The status of your order can also be tracked on www.https://tracking.packeta.com/en/tracking/search , using the tracking number assigned to it.

The cost of courier delivery is between 5 and 15 euros depending on the country of delivery, which is a fixed amount regardless of weight or additional kilometres. For orders with a value greater than or equal to 150 eur we offer FREE shipping.
FREE shipping by international courier for any order exceeding 150 EUR.
Delivery of products is made throughout EUROPE within 5-7 working days after receipt of order.
During the legal holidays and sales periods, there may be delays of up to 14 days in the delivery of parcels, but we do our best to ensure that the high volume of orders does not affect the standard delivery time.
The delivery of the order is made based on the address communicated in the order, by express courier.
Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
2. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS AND RETURNS
You can return or exchange the ordered products within 14 working days after receiving the parcel.
Size exchange is not free of charge and is subject to a 5 euro courier fee.
If two or more product exchanges are registered for an order, starting with the second exchange the return shipping fee is 20 eur.
If you wish to exchange the product you have received for another product that we have on sale, the parcel you have purchased will be received first, and then the delivery of the desired product will be processed within 1 or 2 days. You will also have to pay a small fee (transport and bank commission) of 10 eur.
Return for refund
If you wish to return the purchased product(s) and have your money refunded to your account, a small fee (transport and bank commission) in the amount of 10 eur will be deducted from the amount we will transfer to your account!
If you have benefited from free transport, we will deduct the amount of 20 eur from your package.
ATTENTION !!! If you opt for any other courier service, we reserve the right to refuse the parcel.
a. Return conditions:
- Make sure that the ordered products are returned in the same condition as received. Returned products must be free of wear and tear, must have all labels attached and must be accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice. If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right not to refund the value of the products.
- Pack the products in their original packaging. If this is not possible, please pack them in a similar way to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
b. How to proceed:

Return the products properly packed (the products must be unworn, with labels and the outer packaging must be protected with a plastic film)
If you opt for any other courier service charged extra, we reserve the right to invoice you the amount or refuse the parcel.
After receipt of the parcel and verification of the documents and products, we will send the desired product or initiate the procedure to refund the value to the specified bank account, within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel in our warehouse, and not the date on which the product was collected from you.
Upon receipt of the parcel, the product will be checked to see if it meets the above conditions; otherwise it will be refused.
We do not receive returns through Posta Romana, but only through courier companies.
If you have received a product other than the one you ordered or if the product is defective, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, in order to remedy this inconvenience.
ATTENTION! Worn or worn-out footwear cannot be returned/replaced.
To return a product, a return request will be made on the website or by phone, and a courier will pick up the product from the buyer. If the parcel is not returned properly (packed, with all accessories), Bonjour Best Sale SRL may retain an amount of money.

BONJOUR BEST SALE S.R.L. may postpone the refund of the product until the receipt of the sold product or until the receipt of a proof that the product has been shipped, if BONJOUR BEST SALE S.R.L. has not offered to take back the product itself (the most recent date will be taken).
